We are Susan Oshman and Jessica Riphenburg, east side Madison homeowners and serious recyclers who drive sensible cars and support local businesses and sustainable agriculture. We place great value in neighborhoods, community, and the folks within them, which drives us to work together in strengthening the whole. Our team is a part of a wonderful network of Realtors and support staff at Keller Williams Realty. Each office is independently owned and operated.

Our Experience
The heart of our business is on Madison’s east side, though we regularly work throughout Madison, Dane County and nine other counties. We are also experienced in helping with a vast array of property, from condos to farmettes, new construction to period homes and fixer uppers, as well as income property and single family homes.
